This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.
Need an Official Docket or Record?
Use the following official routes for common Pitt County requests:
- A docket sheet: run a Case Lookup through Portal, or request the docket from the Clerk
- A court date or setting: check Court Dates, then confirm the setting with the Clerk or court office
- Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
- A specific case: use Case Lookup by party name or case number
- Court records and case files: consult Court Record Search, then contact the Clerk of the court where filed
